The sun is shining!
I got up this morning, early, and low & behold - the sun is shining! I'm interested to know how long it will last! The cleaning ladies were here at the crack of dawn and I have never heard one person slam so many pots & pans around before in my life. Is it possible that one person could make that much noise? I know a group of people who can be loud, but one person? Which leads me to this; The superbowl was last night and there were a group of people in the common room - & boy were they loud. I can't wait to hear what the RA has to say - I'm on the 3rd floor of this place and I could hear them plain as day - imagine our lovely (little old neighbors) who also had to hear them. I can't believe that I am stuck here in this flat with such young people sometimes. I feel like some old woman trying to "stay young" or something like that. Ugh. But I did finally get to meet some British people & they did call me to have a bite to eat with them last night! That helps!
I posted some pics - finally - but they are out of order, so maybe if you start at the bottom and work your way up instead of reading them from top to bottom, they may make a little more sense. Also, if anyone was so inclined to send me something (just kidding, you don't have to) I just wanted to let you know that after London N7 o ET (or whatever it was) you have to put United Kingdom underneath that. I didn't know that when they gave us our addresses.
Anyway - Have a wonderful day! Today is my first day of lecture - Art in London at 1400. I suppose I should go and buy some paper & perhaps a folder or something... I'm here for school? What? I forgot about that!
I'm kidding!!!

Love the pics Jamie! Thanks for keeping Lora and I on the killer shelf (I hope you don't have a huge lump on your head when we get there!) So Dean, huh... Good smile, seemingly good teeth, and AUSTRALIAN! Good for you! :-) Oh, and the large important building that you can't remember what it is...it may be Westminster Abbey. It's kind of important and historical, you may want to remember what it is ;-) T-minus 12 days until our arrival (that is if Lora has a passport...eek!) Love you Miss you See you SOON!
Hey Erin - what side pony are you speaking of?? I have no idea what you are speaking of! :)
